1. Web Subscriptions
For subscription purchases made through our secure payment infrastructure on our website:
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase — no reason required.
- Submit your refund request by emailing support@rehaboai.com.
- Once approved, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Refund requests after the 14-day period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
