These terms of service govern the use of all services provided through the RehaboAI mobile application and website ("Service"). By using the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Service Description

RehaboAI is an AI-powered SaaS (Software as a Service) application that provides personalized exercise programs and exercise guidance. The software includes:

Exercise programs designed by expert physiotherapists, delivered through our software platform
AI-powered health assistant (AI Chat) for personalized guidance
Automated progress tracking, analytics, and reporting features
Educational content and health information modules
Pain trend analysis and daily check-in tools powered by artificial intelligence

2. Medical Disclaimer

⚠️ This application is not a medical device. RehaboAI does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. App content is designed solely for general informational and exercise guidance purposes. AI-generated responses do not constitute medical advice.

Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.
Do not exercise without physician approval if you are pregnant, have a chronic condition, or are in a post-surgical period.
This app is designed for individuals aged 18 and over.
If you experience unusual pain or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately.
In case of a medical emergency, call 911 (or 112 in Europe) immediately.

3. User Account

A valid email address is required to create an account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
You have the right to delete your account at any time.

4. Subscription & Payment

The application offers free basic features and paid premium subscription options.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal date.
On mobile, payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to the respective store's terms.
On the web, payments are securely processed through our secure payment infrastructure.
Refund requests are evaluated according to the relevant store/payment provider policies. See our Refund Policy for details.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials including application content, exercise videos, designs, texts, and software are the property of RehaboAI and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of content is prohibited.

6. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage

Our AI assistant is designed for general informational purposes. Responses provided by the AI do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for serious health issues.

7. Service Modifications

RehaboAI reserves the right to modify the service and these terms with prior notice. Continuing to use the service after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

RehaboAI cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application. Users perform exercises at their own responsibility.
